In one word: Variety! Czech lager is great. We love it, we respect it, and we brew it ourselves. But there are many more things one can do with the four basic ingredients (water, barley, yeast, hops), and don’t get us started with adding more stuff in the beer (like sugar, vanilla, raspberry, coffee, and the list goes on)! So what we want to do is explore this spectrum of flavors and offer it to you, because we believe it is interesting, rich in history and cultural significance, and because it tastes so so good!
